What brokers ask first.
Do you accept broker and 3PL freight?
Yes, and we want more of it. United Federal Freight LLC works with freight brokers and third-party logistics providers across the Southeast and nationwide.
What documents can you provide?
Carrier packet, W-9, and certificate of insurance are available on request. Documents are provided directly, not posted publicly.
How do you communicate on a tendered load?
Dispatch is reachable by phone 24/7. Arrival notification and delivery confirmation are provided. Signed POD and delivery photos are available after delivery. We do not currently offer automated tracking or ELD-based visibility feeds.
What lanes and freight are the best fit?
Final-mile and white-glove deliveries in Georgia and the Southeast, residential and non-dock deliveries, dedicated box-truck and Sprinter moves, and expedited freight out of Atlanta. We do not haul hazmat or temperature-controlled freight.
